I have a new car and wanted to make sure I was taking proper care of it. A friend was raving about Matt and so I had gave him a shot.
Matt and his employee showed up 15 minutes early and wasted no time getting right to work on my car. I watched as Matt took his time working on my paint.
If he noticed a blemish or spot he would go back and hit it 3-4 times until he was happy with it. After he perfected the paint, he moved to the interior. Again, he would focus on troubled areas until he was satisfied. Along this process it was clear to see that Matt wasn't rushing through the job. He didn't even have a watch.
His focus was making sure the car was up to his standard.
After the wax, my car looks 'dripping wet' and it's dry. The interior is cleaner than the day I rolled off the lot.
I'll definitely ONLY be using Matt and his crew for detailing my car from here forward.
